Bill bought his first property when he was 21 and found he had an instinct for recognising a good buy. Thrown into the management of the family Holden dealership at the age of 23 due to his father’s ill health, Bill quickly mastered managing 60 employees in a fiercely competitive market. As a “seachange”, Bill moved his family onto a large undeveloped property near Echuca (Victoria) where he created a successful farming and rural business; winning Government awards for
Agricultural Productivity and Environmental Management. He then applied his diverse knowledge as a consultant to businesses in Australia and Asia.

In 1998 Bill formed WellSpring Partners to focus on his first passion - property development. Bill holds a Real Estate Representative’s Authority and is a licensed finance broker. Throughout his journey, Bill’s foundation has been his 37-year marriage with Carol.

Syndrome in my mid-30s then a heart attack in my early 50s – while I was pumping iron in the gym! With Carol’s wisdom and support I’ve been able to redesign my life and we’re grateful for every minute of every day.
